The main content area of the home page gets cut off at the bottom.
looks ok for me which browser are you using? I’m using IE8, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera

Firefox 362 on Mac.
In Safari, it shows the last line, but only just; the bottom of the g in "guideline" is cut off.
It’s a resolution issue; if I increase my screen resolution it’s fine, but then I have trouble reading it (my eyes are showing their age, I’m afraid).
I’ve tested on two pc’s and a laptop it must just be mac as all looks ok for me.

I’m just using a large screen resolution to make things easier on my eyes. It’s enlarging the text in your box enough to overflow it. That’s the trouble with explicitly sizing a container to fit a block of text; what if the viewer enlarges the text in some way?
