    Being able to use chunks and snippets was awesome and help to really speed things up.
    One of the main reasons for using ModX was to give my client the ability to update the content himself.
    Its been online since earlier this year but thought I’d give it a chance to bed in.

    I also produced the branding prior to working on the site - hope you like grin

    Always open to suggestions for improvement.

    Thanks

      Very nicely done, if you haven’t already you should add it to the gallery! As for suggestions to improve the site, my only one would be fix the validation errors which seam to be just centered around the use of & in some links. If you setup this: http://modxcms.com/extras/package/1 it will fix the problem for you smiley

        Thanks for your comments! Submitting to the gallery now.

        I did manage to have the whole site validating fine but my clients webhost use a form of PHP setup in safe mode (if I remember correctly) that creates session ID’s for each visitor which inserts all those ampersands and strings of numbers after every link creating validation issues. Their server policy and PHP setup also stops me from using friendly URLs which I was really keen to do. Still - can’t have everything!

        Looking at the package you suggest now.

        Thanks again wink

        ***EDIT***

        I managed to fix my validation problem with the help of Google and adding the following line to index.php
        ini_set('arg_separator.output','&');

        No use of &xhtml plugin needed. Thanks though for giving me the impetus to go and sort out the problem AMDbuilder wink
        I’m happy now that everything validates again.
