Running this site off of Revolution beta 3 (and looking to move to beta 4 as soon as I can carve out some time this week). This will probably perpetually be a work-in-progress, but that just makes me love Modx even more! Modx has helped me to really lay a nice solid foundation so that I can focus more on the content (although I think there are still some layout glitches that I need to address).
Some things on the site:
- Custom HTML tags (whether I should have used them or not is whole debate in itself)
- Embedded Fonts (naturally)
- Mootools sliders and accordions (yay mootools!)
- Dynamic multi-level menus (a la wayfinder)
- Custom snippets (dictionary interface, pre-formatted translation blocks)
- Integrated Flash
Modx just makes doing all the custom work sooo much easier!!! Has been a great aid in helping me learn to structure and separate my logic and presentation appropriately.
