I can tell you what to do, as I have done it. I just do not have the time to tell you how to do it, in any more detail than I have here.
Have a snippet run and see if the current page is owned by the current logged in viewer. If it is, then include content such as jQuery code in the head, which will process everything done on the page by that user.
The jquery can be hard coded to lock to a specific area on the page. It can also be hardcoded to NOT send or require the users ID number, as the catch script (updating the database) can have security measures put in to verify, identity, ownership and permissions buy accessing the MODx user api.
An optional method would by to use Revo and supply them with their own manager which contains only their pages.
I apologize for not being able to give you more information.
Thanks for your response. I really appreciate it. I was thinking about something like that, but I am really concerned about passing values by jquery and insert them into database. In my mind, there is an idea about PHP script which will collect the user ID and other user info and pass that information to another included PHP script which will do CRUD operations through MODx API. I am still thinking...

WebLoginPE can do this using the Profile action. It has a custom table with custom fields, so you can have any kind of information you want.
