Hi Jay,
Newbie to MODx or to Web design? Anyway, I would try to reduce the vertical scrolling and divide some of those sections into different pages.
cheers/k
Thanks... I’m trying to do just that and now I’m running into a different problem. I am trying to break the pages up into more pages with less content, however on some of the links when I click them it automatically goes back to the home page, rather than to the page it’s supposed to go to. About half the time it goes where it’s supposed to go, but the other half it goes back to the home page. I have literally done this on the exact same computer, on IE it’ll work and on firefox it won’t, or it’ll work on one computer but not the other... any suggestions?
Newbie to both modx and web design... been updating websites using modx for years, but never did any of the actual site design & functionality, I’m ok with html but not very technical in terms of design, css, imagery, etc.
Upon some troubleshooting, it seems that it only has the link problem when it’s on a new page that I built, not on any existing pages built by my former web developer. I changed the target URL of the problem link to a web page built by him awhile back, and the problem doesn’t exist. This leads me to believe that maybe there’s something going on with new pages that I build?

Hello,
I would start by fixing the validation errors on your site. You should also add the base tag which should also help fix issues.
<base href="[(site_url)]"></base>
It goes between the head tags.
Wow, I guess I really am a newbie... I don’t know what validation errors are, nor can I find the head tags anywhere... any ideas?
Thanks!
Any idea where I find the template code?
On "Manage Elements" or "Manage Resources" (Evo vs. 096x) -> templates
Great, found it... thank you kindly!
