Hello all,
Packed with several years of experience in publishing a celebrity-related
sub-domain with ~10K visits daily, we have decided to move on and create a new celebrities site:
Celebrities Galore.
This site will serve an alternative profiling method for celebrities and prominent individuals throughout history, by means of quasi-scientific and new age modalities such as Astrology, Numerology, and more.
We have searched the market for a dynamic content publishing platform that will be open and flexible enough to allow creation and maintenance of unique ideas and unlimited ambitions.
After several years of research and experimentation with a multitude of frameworks and CMSes, we have concluded that MODx is the answer, and its community is the ultimate to be counted on for taking us through unforeseen challenges.
I must stress that our criteria for choosing a platform was independent of cost consideration. Yet, MODx - a free open source package - came ahead of the crowd.
Thank you all for great tools, professionalism, horizon, and most important - dedicated and unrelenting support.
