Our first modx website, loving modx

We’ve just finished our first site using modx.

the ’The New homes Company’ (http://www.thenewhomescompany.com) website replaces the former site using eZ Publish, we found modx to be very flexible and productive. Following our initial period of internal tests, comparing modx to Joomla, eZ Publish, Wordpress, and Expression Engine we decided to use modx for The New Homes Company site. Being very pleased with the CMS and the speed of progress made with our first project I’ll be looking forward to developing many more new sites using modx.

We’ve learnt a lot through the build of the site, and would like to thank everyone who have provided supported through this forum.

:)

Nice site.
When I click one of the map locations on this page I can see the sub-nav try to expand, but nothing appears.
Firefox 3 on a Mac.

It worked fine for me just now in IE7 and FF3 on Vista, so either it’s intermittend, or a Mac thing, or you fixed it.

Yes, working for me now

Hi thanks for the feedback

We were updating the scripts which could have coursed some issues. However if you notice further issues do let me know.

Sleek...good job!

Very nice beautiful work.

Thanks for sharing.

Nice site. It isn’t easy to work with black backgrounds (at least I don’t think so) and you pulled it off great, no ’vibrating’ colors
