These sites can be updated by the people they are based on and they are very happy about it!
I finally converted their sites and my design to modx to enable them to do this.

I particularly am happy that they can manage the gallery themselves via maxigallery, though Id like to have the display of them look better-still experimenting with that.

I also have somewhat of a blog feature, but need to get the archive displays sorted out. (the "news" sections, I just have a call to last number of posts) Overall modx has been a good tool for this and I hope to get much better at these. I usually build out larger sites, so it was interesting to focus on this with the thought of someone else besides me updating the content.:)

    Example 1
    Example 2

My only major problem right now is to review why it is they are not validating. The code,xhtml/css, prior to being converted all validated.

As usual, the forums always provide some great support. I’ve been away for awhile but looking forward to re-exploring modx and my potential with it.

      Nice...

On the first site the vertical thumbnails on the photo galleries look strange: the faces are getting distorted. Probably an image size issue?
