New site for Credit Action launched

The redesigned site for Credit Action www.creditaction.org.uk (using modx, of course) has now been launched.

All feedback gratefully received.

Very nice site. There is some good info for dealing with the crunch.
Is that a modx snippet for the poll?

When entering the contact page there is a warning from google api being for another domain.

Yes, I saw that. My bad. Still had the old API key from the dev domain.

The poll uses the excellent EasyPoll module by banal. Works like a charm. Highly recommended.

Nice work
One small thing I noticed :
Down in the right-hand side of the footer area you have the scrolling news banner.
In Firefox 3 on Win XP sp3, the second line of any headline is half cut off.

There are some issues in Firefox (3.0)

Really? Could you please specify?

hmmm...it looks fine to me in FF 3, Vista....nothing at all like what JWMsales is experiencing...

EDIT: @danielw - forgot to congratulate you on nice site..good job!

I’m on a Mac running OS X. Also, in Safari everything looks fine. There is one minor issue. In the footer the resources section runs down below the footer graphic. I have to say, I’ve never seen an instance where Firefox is having layout problems and other browsers aren’t. Strange.

Ye, it is strange...I hate all these browser differences that we have to take care of, uggh! :’(
