Pike County Realestate

Pike County Real Estate

This was launched a while ago, I built it for a former employer while I worked for them.  We actually built a front end web admin for them using FDM, they seem to be using it well.

Now don’t flip out on me because of the goofy nav, it’s not my fault. You know how sometimes the people writing the checks dictate things to you?

Some features:
google map integration
maxi gallery
sitmap.xml via ditto
listings via ditto with thumbnails generated by maxi
slideshows are generated with autoslides (it builds an xml playlist from a folder of jpgs).

I’d like top release this as an open  demo soon too.  I need to clone it first and de-brand it.

Great project and would love to see it as an open demo project. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet. Very nice site. You guys are doing some good work.

Nice, really nice

Hi neon_eddy

my compliments, great Job. Would also love to see the demo - one can allways learn!

Bono, it’s an honor to see you hear and get such words of compliment.

Nice site Shawn, I think nav is not bad, actually it looks cool in that design!

We actually built a front end web admin for them using FDM, they seem to be using it well.

Did you think that using the manager would be too difficult for them? Or they simply did not need that much power? I struggled with this decision a few times and wonder what led to your approach.

Very good work. Very simple and clean. Layout is solid. Not a fan of all the slideshows, but it’s not too distracting. Overall, it’s an excellent site.

Also, definitely interested in your approach to FDM as an admin. I’ve actually been contemplating doing this for most of my clients as the manager provides too many opportunities for them to "screw" things up.
