    Hi All,

I have just gone live with my first site built in MODx - http://www.yoga-center.co.il/

It is a site for a yoga school in Tel Aviv (יוגה), and is almost totally in Hebrew, just one English page (also, it was the first site I have ever built in Hebrew or any rtl language).

The site already existed, coded in asp. I came in to do SEO actually, but there were many problems in the way the original programmer wrote the code, and I just kind of did them a favour and rebuilt the site using MODx smiley. So, the graphic design was just a copy of the original site, no input from me there at all.

So, I wanted to show the community and also say thanks to the generous people who helped me with many questions over the last ~2 months. I now feel fairly confident in MODx and am already building several other sites with it.

Looking over the site, there’s an error on the http://www.yoga-center.co.il/contact page:

      <meta name="description" content="המרכז ליוגה, שלוש 2, נווה צדק תל אביב / טל. 03-5163641 <span id="_emoaddrId2"><span class="emo_address">Enable JavaScript to see the email address</span></span>" />

Interesting find, thanks! I am using the EMailObfuscate plugin to encrypt email addresses on the site - I see that this has caused a problem with the email address I have in the meta description tag on the conact page. I’ll remove the email address from there now.

        thanks again.

Rather than obfuscating email addresses (which often doesn’t stop spammers), you might consider creating a contact form with either SPForm (for a simple, single- or multi-recipient form) or eForm (when you need more powerful form processing).

Both are very spam-proof and no e-mail addresses appear on the page or in the source code.
