Canadian freelancer in China ...big Modx sites in the works

Hello fellow Modx users,

Yep I’m a Canadian guy living in Beijing with lots of personal projects and the occasional corporate website.

Website, Design & Marketing = Strategic Business
www.newviewit.com

Just finished a couple of neat sites:
www.asia-weekly.com is a leading Asian English magazine that covers all the news and views from Asia. We’re taking on Time.com and the big publishers with this website.
www.bopbar.com (soon to be www.transasialawyers.com) is one of the oldest law firms in China and we had some fun designing this one.

Got a bunch more in the works but just wanted to give a big shout out to the Modx community. Absolutely fantastic CMS and lively community!

Have a good one,
Derek

The Asia Weekly design is very nice. Simple, but it catches your eye.

One thing I would change, though, is to make the "button" images on the bottom clickable. That’s what I tried, before I realized only the link was clickable.
