Hi all,
I don’t have a site to show off just yet, but am so excited about finding MODx I just had to say hi. I expect I’ll be quite active on these forums from now.
I’ve just spend about 2 months looking for a b1oody CMS that I liked. Have looked at all the usual Drupal, e107, Joomla/Mambo amongst others and at some frameworks CakePHP/CodeIgniter, but was getting very frustrated due to the huge amount of time it was taking to find something that worked like I wanted.
Suffice it to say, I’m ecstatic after finding MODx. I think it’s the perfect combination of CMS and development framework, and after a few days I’m loving it. Thank you very much to the developers for their effort so far, and I hope to contribute something useful when I’m up to speed.
Best regards to all in the MODx community.
Cheers,
Duncan
