    Hi folks,

After having to stick with typo3 against our will (too much work to migrate), we finally got the chance to move when we had to make a new design for our company. We are currently with 2 webmasters in a 200-person-company,and we are expanding

    http://utopia.topdesk.com

especially note the banners on the right side: they are powered by a completely dynamic campaign management center, which is a custom made module-snippet combination. also compare this page: http://utopia.topdesk.com/en/news/

The site will be www.topdesk.com shortly. It’s called utopia because modx is such a blessing smiley Modx is not finished but the framework itself makes it so easy to fix bugs myself, add snippets within just half an hour of work, and furthermore it’s still evolving. It’s great to be a part of this, and we try to help as much as possible.

any feedback is appreciated of course!

Well done site, and a nice update indeed. Different yet very familiar. smiley

Where’s the MODx-link-love here: http://utopia.topdesk.com/en/news/new-topdesk-website/ tongue (kidding of course, but wouldn’t be upset if it were there!)

We’d love to see any bugfixes you’ve made without question, and we always welcome assistance with making MODx a better bit of code..

Cool site. Nice solid improvement from the previous one, which is nice too. How did you do the search by language feature? Looks like it is based on ajaxSearch.

          thanks guys smiley

I reported every bugfix or modification I made in flyspray so.. feel free to check them out. The language drop box tries to switch to the corresponding page in the other language based on the position in the tree, the snippet is in the snippet forum if you’re interested. The campaign module is very topdesk-specific so I didn’t post it, maybe I’ll make it more generic later.

I’ll try to sneak some modx love into that news article, not sure whether I’ll be able to but I’ll try.

the search doesn’t search by language and indeed is ajaxSearch but without the ajax part. The language drop box next to it takes you to the other languages. I still need to find a way to search based on language; any suggestions are welcome but I can always modify ajaxSearch and use the UltimateParent snippet to check the language although that would also be pretty time consuming.
