Revo with multiple domains

I have decided to start with Modx. I have several domains that currently are just a small number of static pages, but I plan on evolving functionality. I am going to take the chance that Revo will be released this year and so will skip using Evo. I assume that Revo is at least as good at handling multiple domains with a single code base, is that correct?
