    Hi all,

My MODx powered website went live today, there is still things to do on the site but we’re happy with it so far:

    http://www.blend.uk.com

I would just like to say a big Thank You to all the kind people on the forums who have helped me out with getting it finished.

    Thanks,
    Lee

Are you using ModX to manage your client area, or another application? If you are using ModX, can you tell us what you are displaying there, and how you are using it?

I’m redoing our agency’s site right now, and am debating whether to use ModX or to use something like activeCollab to manage client projects.

Would love to use modx for the client area, or integrate more with other 3rd party apps.

I simply integrated with BaseCamp for our site. Be sure to let me know if you do find a client area integration, would like to look into other solutions.

          Thanks,
          Lee

What we used on the site:

              MaxiGallery
              Ditto
              TagLinks
Jot (although not using at the moment)
              Wayfinder
              eForm
              FeedX

Thats it, most of the above is installed with the default installation, providing you ticked the right boxes during installation.

              Thanks,
              Lee

I love the design, simple yet elegant.

Thanks for using my snippet (FeedX)
Take a look at the SEO strict urls plugin if you get a chance. cool

Cheers for the SEO strict URLs recommendation, I have that up and running now. Yeah, I love FeedX, very powerful, I have used it for pulling in my Flickr photos, but I know it can do much more than that.

                  Thanks

Cool design, and that drag-and-drop feature works good!

I’m using Uncle68’s PPP snippet for my client area. It’s quite an amount of work to set it up, but hey, it’s a pure MODx component, and I like to keep my MODx site MODx clean tongue I’ll make a WIKI page on how I did my client area as soon as I’m done with it...

                      Good job!
