      Pretty cool website wayne !

I like the simplicity yet graphic mastery, great balance between spaces too... all in all, it fits the trend that I like so much these past two years in webdesign smiley

Nice example of what MODx can mean as far as template control is concerned grin

        I like your design. smiley

The only thing is: In my opinion, the font-size is too big. smiley

i think it depends on browsers and screen sizes, we have optimised it for all , but some older browsers and people using not so high resolutions may find the site a bit chunky, what browser are you using amayr ?

thanks for your comments davidm, it took no time atall , we designed it using css and html and then split it up into templates, chunks and variables, i will always use the modx product and continue to push its limits where possible

Let’s turn the question around... What screen size are you using? 1600 x whatever? The font is definitively on the big side and since you have declared your font-size in pixels IE users will have a hard time adjusting it. As it is I have to scroll down on a page with not much text. (using a 1280x1024 monitor).

And a little comment about the content... ".., we just dont have the time as we are busy making other clients happy" can’t be a good marketing ploy if you ask me. Clients (prospective or not) don’t like excuses.

Mind you I don’t even have a website for my business, too lazy. (perhaps that’s why I have time commenting on someone else’s grin )

Whoops ! dont think i was meant to actually publish that phrase, well spotted, im on a macbook which is at 1440 x 960, and its fine, we did test on a variety or browsers / resolutions and at the time this issue wasn’t an issue, but i can see where your coming from. I suppose in the future most people will have upgraded their systems etc and all will be resolved but for now i might go back to drawing board and scale down some fonts

Very fresh-looking site (perhaps a bit too much web 2.0 for me, but that’s just a matter of personal taste). The font is rather large-ish, but I think it fits the design, it doesn’t bother me smiley
Thanks for MODx - I love it!
