Leftblank.nl - First MODx Powered Webpage

Alright, after I’ve already posted my website in the Dutch forum section, which is scary - almost no one there, I’ve decided to post it here as well, hopefully I’ll hear some good critics/suggestions to improve it further

http://leftblank.nl is the url, the website doesn’t have a particular purpose yet, mainly just my playground , and so far I’ve been mainly playing with the backend/design so the content isn’t too shocking yet.

I’m mainly looking for some suggestions of how I can improve the displaying of the ’blog’ page (also planning to display the latest 2 or 3 blogposts on the frontpage with a link to the archive), as right now it somewhat looks like a mess, I’m not a great designer or CSS-artist

I think that when you are on a page that has sub pages, like the "Quickstart Guide" page, the sub pages should be always visible in the menu and not just when hovering..
