I have a snippet, ParseNews, that simplifies the problem with various non-alphanumeric characters in the arguments to the NewsParserX snippets. Here’s the ParseNews snippet:
return $modx->runSnippet('NewsParserX',array('url'=>'http://www.planet-php.net/rdf/'));
I know, you can replace the = and & characters with codes that are converted in the snippet, but this just made it easier for me.
