Awesome Duane! Thanks for sharing your praise and your work, which is a perfect example of why MODx is my favorite CMS as well: they look like sites that were painstakingly hand-constructed with proper web-standards. Nothing on these pages indicates to the majority of users that it was built with an open-source CMS (like many other tools we’ve used in the past, eh?), and that kind of flexibility in presentation is "the bomb" IMO!
Yea, nice sites.. How ever, found something not quite right. Should these sites be fully done yet? There’s something going on with the templates in these kinds of pages:
http://www.marshallengines.com/diesel-manufacturing.htm when clicking the links Blocks, Heads, Rods, Assembly, Crank/Cam shafts.. The styles are not included.

Duane,
Nice job. It’s nice that almost every MODx site would be something to show in a portfolio. All of them are unique. You dont get that so much with the other CMS options I’ve seen (or at least not without a whole lot of work).
Congrats to MODx,
Congrats to you Duane,
Chuck

Rock on! I want a performance engine and since I’m the co-founder of the project on which you’re basing the their online presence, does that qualify me for a "review sample"?
