MODx-based web site for network processor company

We’ve launched our latest client site based on the MODx platform:

Some notable MODx features:

• The subnavigation on the right-hand side of pages is 100% generated dynamically from the folder structure within MODx. Pages are included or excluded from the subnav based on the "Show in Menu" checkbox. This was all created with a custom Snippet -- in fact, the site does not use any of the core Snippets that ship with MODx.
• The News Articles and Press Releases pages are dynamically generated, of course, based on the content of the press releases and news articles folders.
• Any content can refer to a PDF or external link, yet still show up in dynamically generated pages like the Press Releases page or on the home page.
• On each product page there is a list of "Related Information." These lists are dynamically generated via a series of TV checkboxes. In other words, for any page or piece of content on the site (including a PDF or external link), the client can indicate via a series of checkboxes which product(s) that content relates to.
• The entire site uses only two templates (home and subsystem), plus a number of custom Snippets to control header, footer and the various section-unique design elements.

Once again, we were delighted with the ease of setting up this site in MODx, the flexibility to do whatever we wanted to do through custom Snippets, and the intuitive ease-of-use for our content entry team and the end-user client.

Great design! very cool site

Looks very sharp. Nice work!

Agreed! I very nice one, and those nav buttons make me wanna click and hover. Though I found one tiny detail I’m no perfectionis, neither I had searched the design for mistakes - I just somehow noticed it. Maybe you’d just missed this.

The content area and sidebar bevels differ - content bevel has its bottom kinda unfinished

Late to the party, but I love what you did there, really professionnal looking website, great finish... renders nice on FF Mac and Safari too

Hey - what an awesome site!

It renders beautifully on Mac and PC - I’m not usally a great fan of techy themed sites but this one’s very easy on the eye. Clear navigation, the colors and images nicely balanced - the headers are interesting you’ve used layer stacking to get a slight highlight.. that’s a nice bit of attention to detail. Good job!
