Went live 2day
www.danielson.nl
Is a 2 language site at the moment wil be 4 languages later on dutch, german, french and english
all done with 1 template
used snippets:
ListGlobal, used this one for the top menu
Dropmenu, used for the menu on the left the submenu and the sub sub menu on the right are done with one snippet call
SectionRoots, used this one to set the id’s for the dropmenu snippet and to place a line below the topmenu conecting the selected top item to the submenu.
UltimateParent, used this snippet to set the id for listglobal and to set the right image above the topmenu the german image differs from the dutch one. I also used this to call another css for the topmenu and the basic setup in dutch and german.
EmailLink and EmailLinkForm [EtoSnippet by Jared] to conect a mailform to the individual contacts and masking of there mailadres against spambots this way.
RandomImage to show random images on some general places
I used 5 TV’s
4 tv’s for the images
1 tv to set the flags on top to dutch selected or german (had to do it this way cause running a snippetcall insite a chunk does not work) I love @INHERIT now I only neded to place the right chunk in the top dutch and top german folder document to set it for all pages.
Plugins:
PNG-Alpha, to be able to use png on IE 3 png on each page the logo the toplines and the connecting lines
