Strange Saving Problem(s) with Revo RC3

Just upgraded to RC3 and I thought everything was working great until I noticed a couple little quirks. When I try and change a resource’s template to something other than "empty" or what it originally was, when i save it just get stuck on "please wait, saving". Additionaly, when I try and update my TV content it goes through the saving process completely but never actually saves.

Everything else seems to be working properly. Any idea what is going on?

Got rid of TINYMCE and that solved everything...

Did you upgrade to the latest TinyMCE after updating the to Revo RC3?

that is what was installed when the problem occurred initially, then I downgraded and had the same results. I will try installing the latest release again and let you know the results.

Purged all previous TinyMCE data and reinstalled latest version. Everything works as it should.

Hi, I got the same problem on saving, and it’s really driving me crazy.

I also noticed that tinyMce seems to work differently compared to other installations I made in non MODx projects.
Did you remove and install it using default package system, or manually replacing tinyMce files in the server directory?

I’m getting this saving page endlessly looping problem as well and I don’t have tinyMCE added in. It seems to get stuck when I’m pasting in things, such as chunks and snippets, which are still to be made or imported from the older modx install.

Using modx revo 2.0.0-pl on ubuntu server MySQL 5.1.41
