    Just finished a site for three german therapy centers for children at the eastern sea. Their old site (!?) is still online (www.ifa-gesundheit.de) but will be switched to my finished site in the near future which is reachable through www.mademyday.de/ifa.

    As you see at the old site, there was no good navigation at all (nor design nor...), the purposes of these centres weren´t transported. I needed a possibilty to change lots of values in a easy way (Name of each clinic, header image etc.). Used to use Joomla, but here I thought this would be a good start to test modx... and learned to love it smiley

    This site uses my two developped functions, text2image and the enhanced search results. The headers, names of the centres are driven by TVs and chunks (that was so cool to see that the mix of TVs with chunks and vice versa is no problem!) as well as the blocks of the intro pages, so the customer can change what they want and doesn´t have to change such layout sensitive things in a whole page like in joomla wink

      • What a difference! The new site immediately brings a sensation of light, beach, summer...feels good just to look at it.

            @all: thx smiley

            @netnoise: Well, not at all at the moment. And they also will not in the future wink They only wil get access through the frontend, but therefore I have to make some settings (managergroups, documentgroups), because by default every page is blic to all managers, so I have to go through and change that to "my group" where only I have access, and the ones they should be able to change in an additional group. But the role management is a bit complicated, but I´ll get it smiley
