Is there a best practice to hide folders from view within the MCPuck file browser?

For example, in my images directory, I have a sub directory called "site-files". I would like to hide that from view.

I can modify the permissions on the directory to hid the individual files from view; Is there a better way to do this? I have seen several posts about hiding the path(s) in the url, -- that I don’t care about, I’m just trying to dumb-down the UI as much as possible.

    Thank you for your time!

As far as I know, the only way to do what you have in mind is to put your "private" images in some other folder altogether that the browser is not aware of, such as assets/private_images.
