If anybody figures out how to do this in GIMP, please let me know! Maybe a GIMP tutorial, even, step-by-step, with screenshots. I can do that, if I only know how in the first place!

Susan, I have to work in the morning, but after work tomorrow (friday) I will post a step by step on my website with sample files and screenshots.  I took a look at the linked site above, and turned it out in GIMP within about 10 minutes.  If you have Never worked with GIMP or PhotoShop before, this may take some time.  Take a few hours and get familiar with the basic tools in GIMP.  Check out the official tutorials, and some from the GUG (Gimp Users Group).  Basically, anything you have seen created in expensive apps like adobe photoshop can be done with the GIMP.  If you have used PS, GIMP is familiar, but has enough dissimilarites to justify reading some tutorials and opening your skull to a new(GNU -->lol) way of thinking.  BTW, thanks for all your help the other day!
