        Great work.

I have tested it out using the following browsers - which all render it beautifully :- Advanced Browser v 8.02, Ace Explorer, Enigmas Browser, IE v 6 Netscape v 7.2.

If it was in a nice shade of blue I wouldn’t mind using it myself !

        Just one point.

I see that you are using images for your top menu.

The W3Cs accessibility guideline 3.1 (priority 2) clearly states:

!When an appropriate markup language exists, use markup rather than images to convey information".

This basically means don’t use images to display text - site users with poor vision are unable to resize text that’s displayed through images and screen magnifier users may be unable to read text embedded in images as it can appear blurry and pixelated to them.

Actually, this is what CSS image replacement techniques are for. You present the appropriate markup, which meets accessibility guidelines, and presents the information to browsers that do not recognize the markup, or to users who want to see it without the style information (e.g. turn off style sheets) so they can resize the text as needed. Then, in your style sheet, you can replace those markup elements with appropriate imagery, to present it in your graphical design of choice.

For great examples, check out http://csszengarden.com/ or search for image replacement techniques on Google or any of the many other great CSS resources available on the web today.

Just found a great article on image replacement techniques here --> http://www.stopdesign.com/articles/replace_text/#notes

Just one remark, with FireFox, not all pages are aligned the same. If I click through the menu, the whole page layout moves slightly to the left or the right.

                  hi Olaf !

                  Thanks for input, smiley

Please share your screen resulotion... if its bigger then 1024x768 then its not the problem, bcz Firefox renders scrollbars dynamically with the height change of the site !

                  I hope it helps....

looking forward to your reply !

I’m working on 1280x960. It is indeed the scrollbar. The first two sections have a scrollbar, the third does not.
Didn’t notice that the first time I looked.
