UK Freelance ModX/PHP Developer Needed

I’m after a reliable freelance modx/php developer (sorry but must be UK based) to help me out with ongoing projects, the HTML/CSS etc is usually all taken care of but I’m more of a front-end designer so although I can do the basic stuff I really need someone to help me out with the more techie stuff!
