I have seen this problem mentioned quite a few times but cannot find the solution for it. I know $25 is not alot, but I am hoping to find someone who ran into a similar problem and knows how to fix it right off the bat. I am on revolution 2.0.4

Here is the page that I am trying to get the images to display one
    http://ieatfilms.com/movies/g/gullivers-travels

And this is the call that I am using.
    [[!Gallery? &album=`Harry-Potter-Premiere-NYC` &plugin=`galleriffic`]]

Thank you for all your help

You also have a javascript error.
I think the images will load if you fix the javascript error but I can’t be sure.

Might be an incompatibility between the scroll.js and the Step Carousel plug-in. Try disabling javascript features one by one and see when the js error disappears.

I still get a js error.
Install Firebug in Firefox and try to debug your code.

I see you are using PHP thumb. Try calling the phpThumb Snippet by itself and see if it works
Also please post here your code.

Did you upgrade any component recently? Was the gallery working before?
Maybe upgrading to 2.0.7 will fix it

I think php thumb is looking for images like
            http://ieatfilms.com/assets/gallery/2010/12/emma-watson-07090904.jpg
but it can’t find them. Is the above path correct?

I think you’ve probably set wrong paths for the Gallery component .

              • Where is actually your images are?

              your pointing they are at
              http://ieatfilms.com/assets/gallery/2010/12/#emma-watson-07090903.jpg

but i assume maybe they are in different place, e.g
              http://ieatfilms.com/assets/components/gallery/files/2010/12/#emma-watson-07090903.jpg

              or something else.

so it’s better to go to the System Settings( /manager/?a=64 ) over the settings tab on the manger and on the dropdown menu near the search field choose to see `gallery` settings instead of `core`,
then check your paths to fit, change them if needed and see how it affects.

p.s. Which Gallery release you’re using?
