PHP programmer needed

Hi,

I need to send an estimate to a customer to create the following.
I created a webform to inject data into a DB the data concerns music publishers and music composers. Now the customer wants to be able to upload scans of sheetmusic and show them on his website next to the composer that one chooses to view. Idea is to uyse the existing scripts and add that functionality. PM me if you are interested.
