Add paid membership component to existing Evo site (maybe convert to Revo 1st?)

I have a request from a client to add a paid membership component to his site. I would want to outsource this job and would like quotes from interested parties on how much it would be to complete.

Start-Time: soon, if client accepts the proposal

Duration: as long as it takes you to complete project, within reason

Budget: looking for a reasonable price - this isn’t a high-budget client

Payment Terms: flexible

Ownership: If any new code, snippets, etc. were created, they could be donated back to the community.
