Hi guys, (Using Revolution 2.0.3)
My new MODx life is not going as fast as I would like. Cannot upload my new site due to still learning how to use Wayfinder and a few other bits. Getting short of sleep.
Rather than go ahead half done, I am looking for a modx coder to complete small changes for my upcoming MODx site (moving from xxtml/css to MODx). Shouldn’t take more than 60 mins and I’m willing to pay $100 by Paypal for the work. Was going to try the Fivrr site but better to support our direct community here.
These are my 3 critical needs (plus 1 nice to have):
C1) Wayfinder code to replace my simple CSS navigation menu. Have an <h4> title in between groups of resources which messes up the whole thing. Some minor CSS tidying up needed I guess. I’m sort of Ok but far from guru.
C2) Insert a simple Newsfeed into a small panel giving 3-4 ’latest news’. Got a list there now.
C3) Create a simple contact form for my contact page. My custom form has an internal error and developer/supplier still not replied on how to fix.
NTH1) Would really love an accordian Wayfinder menu to replace the fixed navigation to allow easy incorporation of new articles. Coding would likely need some design suggestions here.
Drop me a PM if interested, or ask any questions to clarify. And advise how best to send you needed files. I am still on local but could upload site if work could be done quickly.
Hopefully $100 is enough for a hungry MODx guru. Note the frequent use of ’simple’ to describe work. I am sure it is for most of you guys.
PS. Do have another ’Nice to Have’ Would like blog commenting on articles. Quote me for that too if you wish. Just want to add standard commenting to every article. Yes, got the MODx article but so short of time.
