Experience with outsourcing MODX projects?

Hello,

I am interested in outsourcing a number of our MODX projects. But do not have any experience with outsourcing WebDevelopment projects. Fact is that WebDevelopment projects require a developer who thinks further than only the development part. And most outsourcing companies (India, East-Europe, wherever) provide in development-teams which base their project on fixed project-outlines like PrinceII.

Does anybody have experience with a company providing qualified MODX developers in countries like far-east, eastern Europe or anywhere?
