Looking for developer

Hi,

We have a growing need for an in-house developer but the right candidate has not yet come our way. So we are are posting here in the hope of finding someone, preferably based in the Yorkshire region in the UK but will consider the right person/people within 3 hours of GMT.
There is one project we can supply a brief for required before December and involves a full voting system.
Another project in the pipeline that has no strict deadline but can be started within the next month or so involves a registration process that allows a new user to dynamically create a subdomain of their choice (if available) for their web pages. After the sign-up process has completed, the new user would be able to visit their new website at http://<YourChosenSubDomain <http://> >.MyDomain.com, and also have the ability to make changes (add/edit/delete) the pre-configured websites pages and page content..
Full briefs will be provided for all jobs.

There is also often a requirement for ad hoc work.

Thanks for your interest
