We have developed a modx site for our client. The site,
http://twsworks.com consists of two forms that send their contents via email.
The client would like to enhance the site with a database backend. We are looking for someone who can help add the following features to the site:
1. Allow clients to create accounts and log into the site
2. When a client logs in, the "Employer Information" and "Claims Adjusters Information" portions of the refer form will be populated from the client’s last form submission
3. Submitting the form will create a record in the database, email a summary to the client and show a summary on the next page. All three will also display or record a new confirmation number.
4. Allow clients and site admins who are logged in to see past form submissions (clients - theirs only, admins - all)
The client expects short-term growth of 10 client companies and 50 injured employees per month.
