MODx Developers Team Wanted

Currently our company seeks for a team of specialists capable to create a so called “personal area” – an online management system operating clients` orders and payment for company services, containing internal mail service, logging and operating other functions.

We are also interested in transferring currently existing web-sites (approximately 10 web-sites starting from a small presentation site to a big corporate web-resource) with news bases to a new CMS WITHOUT changing URLs of site pages.

We have decided to choose MODx. We are interested in finding developers who are ready to set about this project (quite a difficult one), to accomplish the task and to support it in future. If you have large experience in working with MODx and you are sure you will cope with this task please write about your propositions in replies. Placing a link to your portfolio, resumé and completed projects is appreciated. Currently we use content management system with IIS+MS SQL. The page looks like site.com/ru/category/page.

Our group (there are two programmers and one web designer working with me) has an extensive experience in development of modX websites. Our main project where we are testing our technology is http://designcontest.net (integration with vBulletin and other heavy customization of MODx)

I dunno...call me paranoid, but after reading news reports of some web developer’s customers being fraudulently billed by scammers posing as the web developer, I’ve become very reluctant to give out URLs or anything else that can be connected to my clients.

Well, you may not post links here, but send it to email or PM. How does a scammer know if the customer owes something to the developer? Does this mean that a developer should remove the portfolio from the website?
