Hi,
I need someone with good javascript and php skills to build a form similar to the one at
https://www.viaviela.nl/subsidie-check/5/
Sliding down content need to replaced with nice popup.
The form will have to work in Modx.
This project needs to be finished ASAP.
Preferably a coder from Europe as this is easier for the communication.
Payment will be within 2 weeks after completion thru Paypal.
Regards,
Tyronne
