I am new to the world of modx but have recently been tasked to create a multilingual site and feel that modx would be the best system to use from a design (and hopefully programming angle).
I am looking to team up with a reliable and efficient modx developer to help me deliver
The site has approximately 8 sections that correspond to 18 pages. I would like to use some ajax image effects and will need all major things a site usually has - ie. a blog page, events page, site search and contact form. The English site will need to be duplicated into two RTL languages with the content coming to me already translated and ready to populate the template. The site will be hosted on the clients own server.
I am a front-end designer and although I have successfully implemented and developed CMS sites in the past, on this one, I would like to stick to what I do best and hopefully be able to partner with a developer who has proven experience in delivering multilingual sites in modx, understands clean code, is not fazed by any of the requirements and is a good communicator.
Though not humungous, there is a budget for the work and I anticipate it being a 10 - 14 day job on the programming end (not including review time). I would be looking to start the coding end of things around mid-October.
