MODX Developer needed for a creative web design company

I am looking for a developer who has experience working with MODX. I am looking for an individual and not a company. The developer has to be able to install and build templates from PSD files. You must have some working knowledge of CSS, JS, AJAX, PHP. This job is to find the right developer who can take on overflow work who is reliable and resourceful. We currently have some large projects coming in the next few weeks and so choosing the right person is very important for us and will provide work continually if all is well. Project budgets will be discussed before any work is done to ensure the developer is being compensated based on experience and performance. Payments are paid per project (usually 50% down and 50% on original client satisfaction). We prefer to pay a smaller percentage to any new developer until trust has been secured. The projects we distribute will be well documented and provided to the developer for each new project. Any development created for lucki multimedia must be discussed for any specific or personal distribution.

For all interested developers, please send me a message with your interest and resume.
