Although I’ve done several ModX installs, they have always been on the LAMP platform. One of my clients is resolutely set on using Windows. I need friendly URLs to work, and an explanation on how to do ModX development for the Windows platform (differences/pitfalls etc). I need this person to be available if I need them to solve a technical issue during the course of the development process.
I also might need someone who is a skilled PHP developer to create some custom snippets. Please provide rate and examples of custom work. I pay right away via Paypal or check.

Could you provide more info about the Windows Server?
Is it running IIS?
What version of Windows?
Is PHP installed and mysql if so what versions?
Do you / or your client have full access to the server or is it with a hosting company who manage the server??
Regarding Friendly URLs you would need to purchase a ISAPI Rewrite plugin (if the site is running in IIS)
