I need custom user database to allow volunteers to login and fill out a simple form to track their volunteerism.

Volunteers need to be able to add as several different types of volunteerism in any given session. For example, login anytime and add different types of activities for the previous 7 months.

The types of volunteerism will be controlled by a drop down menu. I will provide those.

For display purposes, total volunteer hours and types need to display on the home page of the website in its own, simple column. So the snippet needs to aggregate total hours, and also display hours by type.

Due to privacy concerns it is not necessary to display the volunteer name publicly, but a list of the top volunteers can be displayed to the Admin doc group.

I’ve thought through how the tables should function. Maybe this is overkill, and if it is, just let me know.
pk stands for private key. fk stands for foreign key. The key relationship is the first table ties to the web_user_attributes table. Is that going to be possible?
