We have decided on BBPress for a forum and want to integrate user signups with our WebLoginPE area of our site. We have done some research, and it found the following (for CakePHP, so are assuming that ModX will be relatively similar):

When a user registers on our site (using WebLoginPE), we want the same data to go into the bbpress users table. Its that simple.
