Modx Developer needed for a few tasks

• I need to take the standard maxigallery output and modify gallerypicturetpl.html so it drops the image title over top of the thumb like in this example http://www.squarespace.com/examples/. This should only take effect in the thumbs gallery view and not on the sub gallery page.
• 
  Create a quicklink in the manager that will easily add a new gallery page to the site. Right now there are too many steps for beginners... I want to r the following items: Long title, Description, Document’s alias, Link Attributes, Summary/introtext & Document content editor (everything is within other TV’s and maxigallery) so it’s only showing the required minimum fields (title & menu title). * I am open to suggestions on taking this further and making it even more fool proof and simple.
  
• Depending on the time/cost I would like to have managermanager installed so maxigallery can be managed via the manager/backend.
