modx based website from scratch, design, integration, installing.
which modx plugins and moduls, or third party moduls and platforms that can be integrated with modx, can enable be to build with modx a webisite like www.justin.tv, www.stickam.com, www.zaplive.tv and many other simmilar sites.
Mentioned sites are lifecasting communities, where every user can signup, customise his profile, and start streaming live video in real time (flash) due webcam or mobile phone. The streaming goes over clean URL user channel, each user receive one, and this url channel is named based on name of users show, i.e. www.mypage.com/channel1.
So the channels are unlimited.
All users that watch this stream on some of the url channels, are also shown in live streaming mode (small windows with real time move like in classic cam chat rooms) and beside each streaming channel is rightaway a ajax-based chat window, so watchers can communicate and chat live with the streamer in real time.
Some of third party plugins I found is i.e.: videowhisper.com (show live stream modul) or some of the free or payed versions of flash player that are available and that have such support.
Everything should be installed on dedicated server with Red5 streaming server preinstalled (free version of Adobe Flash server).
Many adult cam and cam chat software enables such options, just the principe of them is that everything goes in chat rooms, where the users have to entry seperately. The difference on justin.tv (and simmilar) is that the live steam is shown directly on streamers profile page or on the url channel page (Viewers can browse the channels), so there is not required to leave the streamers profile or to go to separate chat room.
