I’m in the midst of developing a site and need someone more experienced than I am to assist (this is my first time working with MODx). I have created the UI (HTML and CSS), but need someone who can get it to work like I want it to. Here are the main functions I need/want.
MUST HAVE:
- Set up as a free-to-join membership site
- Self-registration
- Access to all areas of the site after registration
- Content teasers shown to unregistered users
- Online store, selling downloadable products (set up with FoxyCart and PayPal Website Payments Pro)
- User can submit content for approval
- 2-3 online forms (i.e. similar to contact us forms)
- SEO-friendly
- Ability to send broadcast emails
NICE TO HAVE (but not a deal-breaker):
- Registered-user content is indexed by SEs
- Ability to give and track points for users for certain activities on the site (i.e. users earn points for submitting content and those points accrue over time and then "cashed in")
- Ability to do multiple message boards/forums
I would like to find someone available to start ASAP as the site has to launch by the end of the month.
