Hello,
I am the Marketing Coordinator for a small but growing company looking for help with PHP and ModX for our website. We need a private contractor/consultant in San Francisco to help us with the following:
(a) training our graphic & web designer in ModX & PHP so he can perform critical site work
(b) development, growth, and repairs (if necessary) of our site
As per the posting guidelines, here are the important bits of information:
Start time: ASAP
Duration: ~ 30 days
Budget Constraints: DOE (the better you are, the bigger our budget)
Payment Terms: Hourly
Scope of Work: Medium
IP Ownership: N/A
A bit about us, we’re a music & sound production studio + training facility South of Market in SF. We’re all musicians and engineers, so interest in music is of course a big plus, but unnecessary for the work itself.
We’re heading into a growth phase, believe it or not, and we need someone who can come in and help us get our website to a better place for the upcoming growth and expansion. A third-party development company put the site together for us, but does not have the bandwidth to help us maintain and grow it. So we’re looking for a private contractor to come in, give us a hand with it in the short term, and train our lead designer on ModX & PHP so he can work with it over the long term.
If this sounds like your kind of gig, please PM me and I’ll be in touch with more information.
Thanks!

Hi Will -
Was curious to know if you filled the position for PHP/ModX help? I work for a company that houses many PHP/ModX Rockstars! We are more than willing to help you out. Our company is J.R. Thompson and we are located out of Detroit. However, I work in our LA satellite office.
Please let me know if we can be of any help.
Regards,
Rachel Richards
