URGENTLY need help with MODx and with my host, TMDhosting.com.
I don’t have the patience or interest to hack techie stuff because I’m a writer, not a techie, and because my stuff must be right. My business depends on it!
My host "TMDHosting.com" is woefully inexperienced with MODx. I goofed up "QuickEdit" so badly that everyone on the MODx blog recommended to reinstall. My host would not or could not figure out how to let me run a reinstall, so they did it, which fixed it. Earlier, my host couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t upload files with upper case extensions. Again, the MODx blog came to my rescue.
I can understand complex things when I have to. I’m a tech writer, but I want to focus on writing, not on techie stuff that has no ROI.
I just want to make it clear that, as much as anything, I need for you to equip me with the know-how to work efficiently with my MODx-know-nothing host. Can you do all of that in addition to SEO with MODx, and training with MODx basic skills? What cost? Let’s talk NOW! URGENT!
Eagerly awaiting your response,
-Dave Montcalm
