Medianerds is a network for media (online and traditional) specialists in the Netherlands (with up to 50 independent employees, our ’Nerds’ ). Working for national and international company’s we do need all your knowledge. And we will pay just fine (50% up front)

We prefer specialists from the Netherlands and Belgium for our projects. But are searching more and more abroad for our international customers.

All projects are fixed fee. You will need to be able to send us an invoice for your time spend on the project.

Maybe it is good to know for interested people that you just started your business a few months ago.

Can you give some examples about what kind of sites there need to be build?
Is there much custom work needed or are it just sites that use the standard modx snippets/plugins?
Maybe you could post some links of projects that are already done by some of your "50 independent employees"?

And how about the "training" what sort of training are you thinking about, and is this english or dutch based?

As you know the business is new but I am working in the field of new media since 1999. You did already experienced this last year when we worked together at Pixel Reclame Producties, where I was your internship supervisor.

For your information: We are no ordinary new media agency, but we are bringing people together in a network. So we are working with independent people. A great idea if you realize yourself that nearly 85 to 90% of all payed fee’s by customers directly goes to the developers. Next to this they can use the network as a feedback platform, go to schooling projects and more.

Our projects are various in size and in type of necessary knowledge. So we provide business opportunities for all kind of independent programmers and designers.
