Property Listing Plug-in for Modx - EXPERIENCED DEVELOPERS ONLY

Looking for a custom plug-in for a property listing website.
We currently have a script on our website http://www.viriko.com/list/ but I would like it to be rewritten for modx, with the support of future versions of modx. Please note that you will be provided the script for your information only, after signing a declaration of non-disclosure. Here is a small list of the things required:

General:
To work with future version of MODx, not only 0.9.6
Convert website to UTF-8.
multilingual site (russian & english) - mirrored.
improve viriko.com redirect (currently .com is redirected to home-en.html)
html code to be HTML 4.01 strict and compliant.
Images to be transferred from db to be stored on disk space and to be stored on disk space from now on.
Seo friendly urls!
CSS drop down menu (for properties section (quick link to Houses & Villas, Apartments, Land (1 or 2 level(i.e: apartments -> new, resale, construction))
improved multilingual support.
Rss feed for articles section.
Sitemap (snippet) to scan property pages and automatically add them to sitemap with property title. (possibly (due to a large amount of properties) objects container has to be clicked to expand/show all properties) - different pages for english/russian site (title of properties)
Locations, property types to be in English & Russian.

Please note that this is NOT a complete list. I wouldn’t mind if any of the core modx team would work on this;)

Price is negotiable but should not be out of this world
Job duration: hopefully up to 30 days.
Ownership: Full ownership to be transferred to Viriko Developers

why not use tvExplorer module?

well its all up to the developer who decides to take up the job, as long as he is extremely experienced

Doesn’t anyone want to earn some money? Seriously its just a plug-in for modx, not a whole site. It would help if we would actually have a listing of people who actually do commercial work

I am sure that people would like to earn some money but your list of work is not one plugin/addon. It looks to me from the list that you are hoping to have much of the work converting the site to MODx and then the added issue of multilanguage and more. That doesn’t sound like a single script but an entire application. Not all PHP developers are great HTML coders and not all HTML Coders are great PHP Developers. So your requirements typically don’t match a single skillset.

If you wish to get more response, I’d give more explanation as to the nature of the individual script separate from the outcomes desired such as character set, HTML and the like. It is not clear as the the functions of the script from your list.

In addition, while in many cases confidentiality and ownership is a requirement there are more friendly and tactful ways to express those points.

I agree that it would be a great idea to have a list of folks who do commerical/freelance work. It is something that we will consider seriously along with a more formal job board.
