Looking for developer

Hello there!

I am currently looking for a developer which I can work with long term, not just a single project. I am looking for someone good with CSS/XHTML and PHP/MySQL. I have some simple things such as design changes I need done but I will want to work up to developing ModX addons -- so a good understanding of ModX will be important. I would also like to improve the SEO of my ModX Site.

I am looking for an individual, not a team or company.
I am looking for someone who is affordable and enjoys doing this stuff.

Shoot me a PM or IM on AIM (zoyboy22) so we can speak a bit.

Thank you for your time.
